ISB’s 4th Annual French and Spanish Children’s Book Fair Saturday, Dec. 6 11 am to 3pm John Jay High School 237 7th Avenue (btw. 4th and 5th Sts.), Park Slope, Brooklyn Over 1500 beautifully-illustrated children’s books, educational magazines, games, CDs and DVDs in French, Spanish and English will be on sale. This is New York City’s largest multilingual book event for children. Selections of bestsellers and classics will be available from leading children’s book publishers including: Anaya, Bayard Jeunesse, Bruno, Ecole de Loisirs, Flammarion/Pere Castor, Fondo de Cultura Economica, Gallimard, Grupo Edebe, Kalandraka, La Galera, Milan Jeunesse, Scholastic Canada and others. A bake sale and various children’s activities are planned, including storytime, arts and crafts, face painting and more.
